The ABB moulded case circuit-breakers are proposed into eight sizes: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 and S8. The rated ultimate breaking capacity under short-circuit, Icu, at 380/415V AC is available starting from 16kA up to 200kA.
To fulfil the various application requirements, they are available in the following ranges:
* Circuit-breakers for AC and DC power distribution
* Circuit-breakers for motor protection
* Circuit-breakers for applications up to 1000 V AC and DC
* Switch-disconnectors.
For each size, circuit-breakers are available in the three and four-pole versions. They are also equipped with a complete range of protection releases: thermomagnetic, magnetic only adjustable and electronic releases of the latest generation.
